How time flies. Your boys have grown so much. Hope David’s day was wonderful!

Its my favorite time of the year: litchi season! It only lasts about one month, or on lucky years, sometimes a little longer. Theyre a little red berry-ish (but not really) sort of fruit that grow abundantly on very large trees. Theyre my favorite fruit! During litchi season I usually eat a bit over one pound of litchi per day, for as long as I can keep buying them in the market! 😋😋😋Image attachmentImage attachment

Happy Thanksgiving from the Willards! We're thankful for a God who chooses to call his people to participate in his work. We're thankful also for a God who always takes care of us whatever obstacles or challenges we face - we know that where he's leading us is always good. We're thankful for a healthy family and our two awesome sons. And we're thankful that, this year at least, we get to have a mostly-American-like set of Thanksgiving food. We all enjoyed it!

Our main meal was fried chicken pieces, green bean casserole, and mashed potatoes and gravy - all entirely from scratch! (Because we had no choice otherwise, haha!) And our dessert options were pumpkin pie (also from scratch), litchi, and bananas. That's one thing I'm also thankful for right now: litchi season has just begun and they're my favorite fruit!
